World Wrestling Entertainment’s Brock Lesnar has returned a second positive drug test, the UFC has announced.
The former heavyweight champion, 39, tested positive for an unnamed substance after his UFC 200 victory over Mark Hunt on 9 July.
A statement released by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) said it would “handle the results management and appropriate adjudication of this case.”
UFC’s anti-doping policy states that a legal review process is afforded to all athletes before sanctions are imposed.
Lesnar earned a record $2.5m after his victory over Mark Hunt, in what was his first MMA fight in four years.
